This will be a 30 min very simple program of hatha-yoga, made to wake your body and mind up in the morning. Yoga is a good way to stretch out you body in a relaxed way and at the same time help you focus on your breathing and release stress and tensions in your body. You need to wear soft and comfy clothes that you can move in, wide trousers is perfect. Mundane cloths is fine for this. You also need a yoga mat or a thick blanket that you can move around upon.
